Our Story
DriveAxis was founded in Munich in 1989 by a team of electrical engineers who recognized that industrial automation components needed to meet a higher standard of reliability and global compliance. What began as a 50-person operation producing programmable logic controllers has grown into a multinational manufacturer with 4,800+ employees, three production facilities, and distribution partnerships spanning 92 countries.
Today, our product range encompasses PLCs, variable frequency drives, servo systems, soft starters, HMI panels, and industrial control components — all designed in-house, manufactured under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified processes, and dual-certified to IEC and UL standards for global market access.
